Michael is a very honest, reliable, and dependable person. From experience, I can confidently say he goes out of his way to take care of customers and is working around the clock constantly. He has taken care of both lawn and snow services for my family and has always done an excellent job. We have never had an issue with billing or reaching him. He has been very fair with us and other customers. It seems as though a couple of the reviews left below were left after he informed the customers that his business could not provide a service for a low asking price when the work that goes into it takes more—which is fair. There is a reason this company has so many 5 star reviews. I highly recommend this business for any lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal needs.

Ryan Z. responded promptly to our request for an estimate to waterproof/reseal one wall of our building which was leaking into the basement. He was knowledgeable about our issues and gave us a remedy. We agreed to his proposal to waterproof our building wall as well as dig a trench along the wall - then fill with pea gravel & river rock. He also regraded the landscape along the wall. He and the other two workers were very professional, prompt and completed quality work in a timely manner. Thank-you!

I have been a customer of Platinums for over 5 years and their services are unmatched. They are friendly, diligent, pay attention to details and are affordable. They show up and get things done. It’s baffling to see the negative reviews - especially from people who who use their services. It really is a shame that people are so quick to passive-aggressively 1-star a company instead of having a cordial and mature conversation. People should really be more compassionate and understanding. Mike and his staff are wonderful people and they do an incredible job. I’d certainly recommend them for all your landscaping needs. Like
